| TASK: The Board of Education and the DeKalb County Department of Parks and Recreation wish to demonstrate the effectiveness of the school and its minimal impact on the natural environment and its positive effect on community development. Cosequently, the Project Steering Committee established the Monitoring and Evaluation Action Group to construct a monitoring program to document and interpret the effects of the design choices incorporated into the school and the school complex as a whole. |
